Accessing your Resilico® Connect app account

Download the Resilico® Connect app from your device’s app store. You will find it by searching for ‘Resilico Connect’.
Type in the email account name in the ‘Email Address’ field that has been registered for you by the school.
You’ll get a temporary password by email to log in for the first time. For security reasons, we advise changing your temporary password, you can do this by clicking ‘reset password’ on the log in screen.
When prompted for a new password, create a new one. NOTE: Passwords must have at least 6 characters, one non alphanumeric character, one lower-case (‘a’-‘z’), one upper-case (‘A’-‘Z’).

Accessing your Resilico® Connect website account

Open your web browser and navigate to portal.resilico.com.
Use the email and password that were provided for your Resilico Connect account.
Once you click on ‘log in’, the terms and conditions will appear. Please review them carefully and accept to continue.
