Resilient Planit Ltd is a strategic partner to public and private organisations that are delivering climate adaptation and resilience in the UK and beyond, working collaboratively in partnership with CIWEM and stakeholders including Flood Re and the DEFRA PFR Roundtable.

Its mission is to assist individuals, communities, businesses and government adapt their present for a resilient future, reducing damage and disruption, while increasing recoverability from the impacts of increasingly severe climate events including flooding, with 1 in 4 UK properties now at risk.

Resilient Planit have developed Resilico – the flood compliance platform, a digital platform that will enable Property Flood Resilience (PFR) to be mainstreamed in adherence to the industry code of practice. It will connect users to insurers and lenders as they navigate the risks associated from climate change and the journey from protection to adaptation.

The collection of quality data, risk and asset management and embedding preparedness behaviours will support insurance market transition to risk reflective pricing for properties, both domestic and commercial, in flood risk areas.
